Introduction
Welcome to the Internet site of Grace Pardon Services Inc. By using the Grace Pardon website or any of the services available on this site, you agree withought limitations or qualifications to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions please do not use this site. Please note that terms and conditions are subject to change withought notice, please check terms and conditions from time to time.
Our Policies
- Guarantees do not apply to all applicants but to those who have summary convictions only, not indictable offences.
- Grace Pardon Services Inc (GPS) assists individuals in filling, processing and submitting their applications for U.S Entry Waivers and Pardons.
- All your personal information is secure with us, will never be used or sold in any other interests, your Confidentiality is our guarantee.
- By completing an online application you have authorized GPS to start to work on your behalf. Our fees are due immediately, unless you have requested a payment plan with our office.
- Individuals who have fulfilled their legal obligations and require a pardon are eligible for our Refund Policies.
- Grace Pardon Services assures you our caring and best efforts in getting you a U.S Entry Waiver; we do not guarantee a U.S Entry Waiver.
- At GPS we work smart and accurately but will not set or guarantee a time frame for when you will get the result from your application. These are based on response from government agencies in returning the necessary documents needed to complete your application.
- If you are in a payment plan, do not delay any payment as agreed, or that will result in your file being put on hold and late payment fees of $100.
- You are responsible for mailing your documents to the GPS office at your expense.
- Grace Pardon Services reserves the right to refuse any application.
- A deposit payment of $150.00 is required before you can commence using our services.
- Cancellation request made in writing within 7 business days will be refunded minus a $200 administration fee. All cancellation requests has to be in writing and made within 7 business days. Cancellation requests that made after 7 business days will not be refunded.
- Grace Pardon Services refund policy guarantees that you will either get a Pardon or clear your criminal record (File Destruction), whichever you are qualified for
- In case you have authorized a minor to use the GPS website, you realize that you are responsible the minor
