U.S Customs and Immigration Officers now have computer access to the Canadian Police Information Center (CPIC) data base.

If you attempt to enter to the U.S without a waiver, you are risking being denied entry, also could be arrested, detained and deported. If you have a criminal record, or were arrested, charged or convicted of a criminal offence, no matter how long ago, you will need a U.S Entry Waiver.
I do have a Pardon; do I need a U.S Entry Waiver?

Yes, you do need a U.S Entry Waiver even if you have already received a Canadian Pardon, because the U.S does not recognize a Canadian Pardon. In addition, a conditional or absolute discharge or a juvenile criminal record may still cause refusal to the United States of America. Do not take a chance.

The past few years the U.S Department of Homeland Security has taken measures to improve its border security. If you have a criminal record, and you do not obtain a U.S Entry Waiver, you shall be denied entry to the U.S. The U.S Customs agents may also confiscate your property including your vehicle.  If you have as criminal record, do the right thing, please contact our office.  Our caring and experienced staff  will make sure you can visit the U.S without the embarrassment and humiliation of having to go through these hassles.

It takes 6 - 10 months to process the U.S. Entry Waiver from the time the application is filed.  It’s imperative that you start your application well before your date of travel.

If you have ever been charged, arrested or have a criminal record, it’s illegal to cross the U.S. border without a U.S. Entry Waiver!    Apply Now.
