Once you have registered with Grace Pardon and provided your authorization, we will gather the necessary documentation on your behalf and immediately start to process your waiver application. |

- Acquire the required documents;
- Contact the U.S Department of Homeland Security on your behalf;
- Assist you with personal statement to the Department of Homeland Security;
- Handle any inquires for Canadian Court information, Criminal Record checks and fingerprint searches;
- Provide you with any updates for your application;
- Make sure your application has been processed accurately and as quickly as possible;
- Determine which port of entry will handle your Waiver application;
- Assist you with getting reference letters.
